SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Seleukos VI Epiphanes Nikator, circa 96-94 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15 mm, 1.84 g, 12 h), Antioch on the Orontes. Diademed head of Seleukos VI to right. Rev. BAΣIΛΕΩΣ / ΣΕΛEYKOY - [NI]KATOPOΣ Filleted double cornucopiae; to inner left, C; to outer left, monogram. SC 2419. Struck on an exceptionally broad flan. Minor nicks and with the reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, about extremely fine.

The obverse of this coin is remarkably attractive: it was struck from a very small but carefully centered die on an exceptionally large flan.
